Lady Gaga has been confirmed as a performer at the 2010 BRIT Awards! The show will take place in the UK on Feb 16. The nominations will be announced later today.
Update: Lady Gaga is nominated for three awards: International Breakthrough Act, International Female Solo Artist and International Album.
